What now?  What do you need to do to get your property ready for its world debut?

OK, first things first.  Make sure you have the property completely cleaned and looking its very best.

• Remove as much clutter as possible and depersonalize the property as best as possible.  

• Fix any leftover "Honey-Dos" that haven't been completed yet.  

• Arrange the Furniture in a manner that best identifies the area, removing any extra or unnecessary furniture.

• Clean and stretch the carpets when necessary

 

When getting the home ready for its appointment, think about a New Home Builders Model Homes.  Do your best to make your home look and feel like one of those homes.

Also, remember to do the same with the exterior of the property.

Clean up any piles of debris and/or trash, mow the lawn, cut the shrubs, and make the yards look their best. Adding flowers and/or potted plants can often make a big difference.

Day of the appointment

Make sure everything is ready for the appointment.​

 

• Remove all personal items that you don't want to be displayed to the world

• Turn on all of the lights in the home

• Close the doors to any area that is not to be included in the model

• Turn off all ceiling fans

• Remove all pets during the shoot

• Relax. We will walk through the property before shooting it and make any suggestions that may improve your overall service.  Then,

• We will set up our camera and take the appropriate shots, moving throughout the home in an organized manner. We often complete the interior images and then work on any needed exterior shots.
