Ownership and Usage Rights
As a leading provider of real-estate imaging solutions, NM3DHomes takes pride in delivering high-quality Matterport 3D Models, Scans, Images, and Floor Plans to our valued clients. All the products and materials generated by NM3DHomes for our clients, including individuals, companies, and corporations, are and will remain the exclusive property of NM3DHomes throughout the existence of the product.
NM3DHomes grants a limited license to our clients for the use of these products for a specified period, subject to minimal usage restrictions. The terms of this license may be revised at the discretion of NM3DHomes.
We create these products at the request of our clients and the property owners. By requesting our services, the property owner or the listing broker authorizes NM3DHomes to access the property, conduct scans, and provide the requested information and services.
Usage Licenses and Restrictions
Upon request, NM3DHomes generates high-quality Scans, Images, Models, Floor Plans, and other elements for our clients to incorporate into their marketing materials. It is understood and agreed that the usage of these materials is limited to a specific period, and NM3DHomes reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to these materials.
The initial agreement specifies a 'Period of Use' of up to 90 days from the product's original delivery date. This license is non-transferable and may be subject to variations based on property sale, termination of listing agreements, or changes in property availability. NM3DHomes also reserves the right to archive links associated with the property during the property's listing period if the property is under contract and pending sale.
Upon completing the 90-day 'Period of Use,' NM3DHomes may, at its discretion, offer the clients an extension of the 'Period of Use.'
Extension of Usage Period
NM3DHomes may offer clients the opportunity to extend the 'Period of Use' on a monthly basis, with the pricing determined at the time of the offer. This extension will be subject to similar usage conditions as the original 'Period of Use'.
Content Distribution Policy
Content distribution plays a crucial role in enhancing the visibility of Matterport models across the internet. At NM3DHomes, we can provide this service to our clients. However, following recent experiences, we will no longer automatically distribute content for any service provided. We aim to inform our clients of this opportunity while respecting their preferences.
